Halt script does not seem to be running

Hello,

I cannot get my halt script to execute after main command executed.

I am running with dumb-init executing trivialRC and trc exits after executing the command defined in my dockerfile.

RC_VERBOSE does not seem to indicate that it is looking for halt scripts.

*Update: halt scripts are not executed even without dumb-init
