At the moment when one uses search for a term that appears multiple times in a document, and then the action is for example to edit, then the editor is opened multiple times for the same document.

Coalesce multiple appearances of the same document when executing actions.

Having lists that contain blank-spaces triggers a CommonMark loose list (see https://spec.commonmark.org/0.30/#loose):

At the moment the CSS is broken and displays them wrong (due to a <li><p>item</p></li> as opposed to just <li>item</li>).

When one uses z-scratchpad search -W body -a edit for example, and one chooses a line that appears in multiple documents, currently search prompts for the user to select a document based on its identifier.

Update that procedure to allow the user to select it based on the document's title instead.

Add support for exporting the following intems:

• raw source of the document;
• body-only source of the document (by stripping the header);
• the absolute file-path of the document;
• the relative (to library) file-path of the document;
• a JSON encoded information about the document;

Some of these options are also useful as output (i.e. --what argument) for the list, select or grep commands.

Also rename export --format argument as --what to be in-line with other commands.

On OSX, one always runs under a "graphical environment"; thus there is no DISPLAY environment.

As such, by default, z-scratchpad should assume that "Xorg" mode is set, and thus not check the existance of DISPLAY.

At the same time, add two options to explicitly disable "Xorg" or "terminal" mode.
