A small JavaScript library for approximation of median value on a streaming data.

It is enough to check if the first position in a buffer is empty because the Remedian algorithm adds numbers in order.

We already have a CI action .github/workflows/ci.yaml with a unit-tests job. Would be nice to have a similar job before unit-tests to check linting.
Command used for lining is npx eslint <filename>. We can include all JS files in repository like this - npx eslint *.js
If the buffer size is an odd number it simplifies the median calculation. Odd numbers are suggested for the Remedian algorithm. We should only allow users to put odd numbers.
