Добрый день. У меня имеется роутер QTech-1041AC на той же платформе rtl8197F, только ревизии N с 64 МБ ОЗУ и без дополнительного чипа на гигабитный ethernet. Тоже безуспешно пытался завести оригинальную прошивку от 8devices. Увидел на 4pda, что вы смогли адаптировать ее под Tenda.
Вы не пробовали использовать для ограничения частоты - https://github.com/8devices/openwrt-8devices/tree/kinkan-cpufreq ?
И не помогут ли вам настройки для активации hardware NAT в ядре 3.10 от 8197xD https://sourceforge.net/projects/rtl8197xd-v2-5-pkg/files/igor_latest_patches%2Bconfigs.7z/download ? Исходники там правда другие в основе, и Openwrt 14.07 версии.
