Add support exiftool.exe app

seq_to_tiff.py    SEQ_0936.seq 200 1000
seq_to_jpeg.py SEQ_0936.seq 0 500

where:

• SEQ_0936.seq currnet file
• 200 and 0 - min themperature (Celsius)
• 1000 and 500 - max themperature (Celsius)

1. Add an additional flag to specify the initial unit of measure of the camera (Celsius/Celvin), the default is Kelvin
2. (in case the flag is not written) Add a dialog line before the start of conversion, where the minimum and minimum temperature of the first frame will be displayed to confirm the initial temperature in Kelvin, or change to Celsius
