I have the uploader in place but any time I attempt to upload I get a 500 Internal Server Error on the front end. Here's my request payload:

Even on a vanilla local install of Symphony 2.6.0 it triggers the same error.

I really am intrigued by what this extension can do but the documentation on how to get the mapper working didn't change anything at all. Is there more detailed documentation somewhere for this?
