entry_nav's Issues

Not working for basic "author"-accounts in S2.3.2

I just noticed that this extension only seems to work for "developer"-accounts in Symphony 2.3.2 - if I log myself in with a basic "author"-account the additional buttons simply aren't included.

I guess this isn't the intended behavior as this feature seems to be even more handy for clients (=authors) than it is for me (=developer).

Anything I can do to get this working for alle accounts?

Poor performance with large number of entries

I have serious performance problems with large numbers of entries in a section. One site has about 5000 entries and getting really slow with the extension enabled.

Is entry nav fetching the entire list of entries to get the next/previous ids?

Proposal: fetch next/prev entries based on active filter

It would be awesome if this extension would consider active filtering when fetching the next and previous entries. This would for example allow to simply skim through a list of image-entries that belong to a single article/gallery/project.
