need to check out the cli for ebook-convert, if it is not flexible then find something else

I just downloaded and read the book. A very nice read so far! Many thanks for that! Can't wait to read to remaining chapters.

However I think that something is wrong with the ePub format. I read it using Aldiko on my Motorola Milestone Phone and it turns out that the table of contents only has one Entry called "start" which links to the first page (which is just a white page, by the way... at first I thought the reader crashed showing only a white page *g)

It's such a nice work! I'd really like to see it done. Please, keep up the good work!

All your links for the live project point to http://visionmedia.github.com/masteringnode, when it should be http://tj.github.com/masteringnode

The link to the html version should point to an update version of the book. Actually it points to an outdated version which doens't have the filesystem chapter in it.

Utilizing the download section (http://github.com/visionmedia/masteringnode/downloads) to publish releases would be nice.
