Hi @mromerocastro,

This screen is not something that we currently provide, but you can add your own by building your own application and adding a native view before entering the VR experience.

To do this, simply setup Viro to use with an IDE by running the ./setup-ide.sh --[ios|android] script.

Then in either Android Studio or Xcode, add a view to ask the user if they have a VR Headset. Once the user makes their selection, start the React Native app and pass in whether or not the user has a headset as shown in the React Native documentation here.

In the future, we may add support for this in our API's.

Let me know if you have any more questions regarding how to do this.

Hi all,

Since we're built on top of React Native, you can leverage React Native to easy add something like this to your app without resorting to native views. Here's a quick sample I created:

https://gist.github.com/achuvm/9b27414ed4a1191d47c83f626fb669cb

just replace your index.ios.js with this file and replace YOUR_JS_FILE_HERE and YOUR_API_KEY_HERE with your js scene file and your API key.

The screen will look like the image below, and with that, you can modify the screen until it looks the way you want.

Let us know if you got any other questions
