I want to suggest u some more features like

1. Auto schedule cleaning with specific argument on: everyday, after 3 days, weekly, bi weekly, monthly etc

2. Add some @ username scan feature which warns user if username is not created. It's helpful as some users don't set their both Telegram name & @ username so its become real issue when someone wants to tag that user. After 3 warns user will be kicked. If still after joining they don't created username Tmute for 2 days with reason. We can also implement it via Join welcome message verify button. User can join grp & got unmuted if he creates his @ username first.

3. Retain username @ alias history binded with his telegram user ID in some external db like redis mongo sql etc. Similar to sangmata bot. This helps in maintaining user actual identity database in that specific groups. Do add some auto purge data of deleted accounts from DB for cleaning stuff by triggering an manual clean command.

4. Make an /stats command which gave total number of user kicked/cleaned under which specific argument.

5. i found that even if user is Online but he blocked that BOT, he is counted under "seen long time ago". This might lead to false detection & kick genuine users.
