ModuleNotFoundError: No module named cStringIO

I installed haul using pip:
pip install haul

I was using the first find_images example and got the following error
File "~\Python36-32\lib\site-packages\haul\utils.py", line 3, in import cStringIO
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'cStringIO'
