Installation

Install Gnome Backgrounds (wallpaper will change according to time)

sudo ./install-gnome-backgrounds.sh

Options:

  -t, --theme VARIANT     Specify theme variant(s) [whitesur|monterey|ventura] (Default: All variants)s)
  -s, --screen VARIANT    Specify screen variant [1080p|2k|4k] (Default: 4k)
  -u, --uninstall         Uninstall wallpappers
  -h, --help              Show help

Install Normal Wallpapers

./install-wallpapers.sh

Options:

  -c, --color VARIANT     Specify color variant(s) [night|light|dark] (Default: All variants)s)
  -s, --screen VARIANT    Specify screen variant [1080p|2k|4k] (Default: 4k)
  -n, --nord VARIANT      Specify Nord color variant(s)
  -u, --uninstall         Uninstall wallpappers
  -h, --help              Show help

Unpacking zip file

I have downloaded the .zip file two times and i cannot open or extract it. Do you recommend me another software to extract the file or there is any issue with it? I am running Ubuntu 22.04.01 LTS full updated. Thanks for your attention! :)

wallpapers in /home/user/.local/share instead /usr/share

Can you add an option for wallpapers to install them in /home/user/.local/share? Its important to install them in /usr/share?

No difference in wallpaper after running script (Fedora 37)

Running the script ./install-gnome-backgrounds.sh does not change the wallpaper
fedora 37 with gnome 43.4

Monterey dark wallpaper not used?

Hi,
I discovered that when you install the wallpapers using the provided script, the dark variant of the Monterey wallpaper is not copied to the /usr/share/backgrounds folder:

That's a pity, because it won't turn grey during the night then and just stay colourful.
Is this the intended behaviour? If yes, the preview pictures should be updated.
