Could you please add Gradle build scripts to simplify project assembling?

Hi it would be cool to see this app on the foss app store f-droid too!

I was sad to see the app was gone from the play store again, but happy once i found this repo.

However I see there are no releases here, so I cannot download the apks via Obtainium.

Please add the latest release to the releases section so Obtainium users can automatically download and unpdate the app from this repo.

Alternatively Obtainium works with F-Droid too, so this 6 year old request (#13) would also help.

Steps

1. Get the last version from master;
2. Launch an application.

Expected

Application with a toolbar and buttons.

Actual

No Toolbar, only a list of broadcast messages.

is there any broadcast reciveer so that when user starts any app i can get the package name of that app using broadcast reciever ?

Add an ability to search broadcasts in a list by actions, and/or package names, or just searching from the whole text.
