We want the bidding application to be able to have an ending when one of the two conditions are met:

1. The specified number of rounds at the initialization of the application has expired.
2. The creator of the bidding application is satisfied with the current highest bid and terminates the application.

• In the initialization of the application we need to define for how many rounds we want the application to accept biddings. This variable needs to be stored in the global state of the app.
• Update the smart contract logic to support manual termination of the app by the app creator. After a manual termination of the application, the app should not be able to receive any more biddings nor transfer the NFT.
• Add code logic that after termination of the bidding process transfers the ALGOs from the Algo Delegate Authority to the App's creator. This means that the seller of the ASA receives the highest bid price.
• Update the Readme to match the latest changes.

Hi, I am trying to run through your documentation and code, and I simply try to compile the Application on testnet, but I get a "signature verification failed". Would you know where does it come from? What version of SDK/TEAL did you use?
