The instruction in the User Guide is unclear - what is JSON? Most users will expect that JSON is a file.

(Pasting the entire JSON files into the command is not a good design).

Some commands could be more detailed

It does not seem like this command work as expected.

I copied the example in UG, and put it in a JSON file called test.json. The file is in the same folder as the application.

In the application, both import test.json and import test.json f\ do not work.

If more than 1 special characters appear consecutively in the local part of the email, the app will reject the command (despite the instruction does not specify anything about this).

add n/foo e/[email protected]

The application does not allow duplicated names.

In real life, there can be multiple people with the same names. Forbidding the user from using duplicated names may cause inconveniences.
