In a lot of projects we use Highcharts and this library includes its own formatters, but you have to set the decimal and thousand separator in the config. It would be useful to get that from this lib.

Remove ES5 transpiled code. This will make the build workflow and maintenance so much easier.

For the 2.0 release this includes:

• ES6 output only.
• Removal of the currency formatter { currency: false } option. Just use the number formatter if you really need this.

Needed for localization of charts, date-pickers, etc.

Remove grunt, old babel and use npm scripts.
