Description of issue

Corporate Liaison has one restriction that makes little to no sense, the informal hat selection is restricted to them, even though in the lore, there isnt any set rule for them regarding uniform.

Difference between expected and actual behavior

The informal hat selection should be allowed for Corporate Liaisons rather than restricted.

Steps to reproduce

Go to character setup
Have occupation of CL set to high
Go to loadouts
Go to hats and headwear
Scroll down
Witness that its restricted
