It should once in a while reping all servers in database and if it finds new players that aren't already in playerlist, it should add them to that playerlist

It could update player lists when the scan finishes. Instead of replacing the player lists, it would be better to just add new players to the player lists if it finds that the player is not already in the database.

This would help to roughly know what all players do play on the server and if the player wasn't online on the first scan, it could add them when it pings the servers after scan.

I am scanning small hostings that have just few servers so the scan always ends in matter of minutes but then I no longer can know what players play there

It should instead add new servers if it finds any online and ignore existing when composing down and up again
And also add new players to existing player lists

Title says it all, it would make life much easier, otherwise this project is fucking mint

At this point, when you run docker-compose up, it runs again which dupes the servers in database.
Instead it should check if the server already exists in the database and if not, add it.

This is helpful when you scan specific hosting and not all servers can be online at the moment of the scan
so you could run the scan multiple times to get new servers that haven't been active at the moment of first scan.
