swap in npm?

just wondering if you'd be down to swap to-camel-case in npm with this version: https://github.com/ianstormtaylor/to-camel-case

reason is i have all of these in npm:

and i wanted to go for the complete list :) camel's the only one i'm missing. i also added to-pascal-case to satisfy the 2nd argument for this component. it should also handle conversion from a few other different cases properly
