I can't get your skin working with Video.js 6.6.0. I'm first including the stock 6.6.0 skin CSS, then your CSS. I'm enabling fluid on my video element, and setting an aspect ration (shouldn't matter fwiw). The controls layout then is wrong with some elements showing up outside the player, and some other problems. I've cross-checked with another skin (sublime-inspired) to make sure that my underlying HTML and CSS is correct.
