Using this CLI tool, a user must be able to see information about the tasks in the system, as well as adding new ones and updating or deleting the existing ones.

• View the list of tasks with basic info

It would be nice to add some GitHub Actions for running tests and building the Docker image automatically in a unified way to ensure quality control.
