The .Net OneAll SDK originally created by me at XPG. Contains code examples that show you how to use OneAll REST API and how to implement and customize Social Login on your own website. The OneAll.Net SDK supports single and multiple OneAll REST API connections simultaneously. It also includes extension methods for use in ASP.Net Web Pages as well as extensions for .Net MVC Razor Engine and a singleton API class for easy server side interaction. Full CHM documentation is included.
i did not find a way to share a post to facebook using this(oneall). after logging into facebook how to share a post selected by user to facebook.? @GioCirque
Hi,
We currently have a ASP.NET MVC2 Web project in our solution. I have written the following code in the ViewPage <%= this.Page.OneAllDisplayLogOnScript() %>. I' m getting the following error : 'System.Web.UI.Page' does not contain a definition for 'OneAllDisplayLogOnScript' and no extension method 'OneAllDisplayLogOnScript' accepting a first argument of type 'System.Web.UI.Page' could be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)
I'm not sure whether it's a problem of the .net SDK or of OneAll.
I've implemented the Facebook login and it's working fine but i've noticed that the Facebook User ID is not returned / or better: a wrong one is returned.
See for example Mark Zuckerberg. His Facebook ID is '4', therefore this is his profile: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=4
Strange: For him also this URL (from ThumbnailURL) works fine: http://graph.facebook.com/4/picture?type=square
But for me it does not work. The returned ThumbnailURL is correct but it does not contain my Facebook UserID. It contains a different ID, and when I use this one in the Profile-URL I just get 'Profile does not exist'.
So at least in my case, the ID used in the ThumbnailURL and the ID used in the ProfileURL are different.
Unfortunately in the OneAll.Users.Identity returned after login to Facebook does not contain my Facebook User ID anywhere ... :-( Is this a problem of the .net SDK or is it caused by OneAll?
Thanks!
P.S. This might also be the reason why I am not able to retrieve my Friendlist from Facebook because a wrong Profile-ID is used?
Hi Derik,
in Line 42 of Social.aspx.cs, oneAllUser.Identities.Identity is always null for me :-( Any idea why and how to fix it?
Thanks!
P.S. I'm using the Facebook Login
