Calculate HAND on big rasters

First version of 'complete' R function to calculate HAND raster. Probably big room for improvement (feel free to add - but not important or pressing issue.

Present version processes rasters in memory, could be problematic over big areas

calcHAND.R : Replace manual threshold

Replacing the manual threshold setting with a dynamic function.

Various approaches possible, described in original HAND publication and associated papers.

Actual implementation TBD

Handling of NoData in calcFACC

Hey @s-boeck,

I recently encountered a bug in the calcHAND function that occurs in getFromMat which I believe is connected to the NoData values in the DEM or FDIR rasters ... I implemented a fix in calcHAND and I believe calcFACC needs it too. I didn't want to go ahead and change your function ... maybe you have even a more elegant way.
