Please can you explain more about these histograms ? how do we interpret these histogram files ? What I understood the histograms represent the orientation of the gradient in each image pixel. but I cannot see this concepts with your histogram. and what is the difference between linear histogram file and other histogram file.

Thanks for you response

VTK Files

Hi,
I am trying to visualise the keypoints on 3DSlicer. I notice that the keypoints list generated do not have an orientation matrix.
I see the coordinates, scale, a column of 0 or 1, and the descriptor.
How do I get the orientation matrix for each keypoint generated ?

Thank you again

nb_matches

Hi,

Error with VTK and bin folder

Hi,
I have done these commands :
git clone https://github.com/valette/FROG.git
cd FROG
git submodule init
git submodule update
cmake . -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
make

however when I get to the cmake part, theres an error with VTK, and when I resolved it, I get in error with the bin folder, for some reason it is empty. Also is it normal that run.sh searches surf3d in bin folder when it is in vtkOPENSURF3D ?

thank you for your help
