If the milk counter is active (milk is opened in the fridge) then show in header component for how many days + hours (3d14h) it is opened. Next to the text show (green/orange/red circle) showing if its (probably) safe to drink the milk. 0 - 5d green, 6-8 orange, 9+ red.

Also, add some basic and easy-to-use CRUD (user experience must be here at 110%, otherwise none will use it.. 🥺 )
The process of opening new milk should be fast and easy, it should also automatically add some end date to the previous milk.

Admin can set up how many days and who can have sick days... Then users can log their sick days in the management
