A Junction Bot which can forward messages from one chat to multiple chats. This just a v1 version. The purpose of the bot is to minimize the job of channel admins. By sending a message in a chat the bot forwards the message to multiple chats.

• BOT_TOKEN: Create a bot using @BotFather, and get the Telegram API token.
• API_ID: Get it from https://my.telegram.org/
• API_HASH: Get it from https://my.telegram.org/
• JUNCTION_CHATS: Place a list of chat ids
