DefaultGoSourcePath assumes GOPATH is set

DefaultGoSourcePath = os.Getenv("GOPATH") + "/src"

GOPATH is not required to be set since this change
If the default GOPATH is used without setting GOPATH manually, this code fails. It would be better to check to see if GOPATH is set, if not, use build.Default.GOPATH from the go/build package.

Unable to install cog using go get

I am running the below command to download. But i am getting an issue

go get -u github.com/uxtoolkit/cog

go version go1.11 windows/amd64

Error installing cog. (procedure Book Isomorphic_go)

Paths not Windows friendly

Paths throughout the toolkit use unix style slashes and string concatenation.
Change to filepath.Join(first,second) to make these paths windows friendly.

import path

the import path is incorrect because the isokit has been moved to https://go.isomorphicgo.org/go/isokit, at least for me, changing this in the cogs allowed this to build.
