prevents hugging floor to maximize score

the start menu with instructions can show when the game starts.

however when the game is integrated the menuing experience should look like:

• log into handcash
• choose leaderboard
• game starts
• game ends
• show place on leaderboard
• return to choose leaderboard if playing again, and so on

becomes a useful strategy and avoids frustrating deaths that seem inevitable

procgen is currently linear and obviously confined to 8 screens. this results in a cutoff at the final x pixel that reverts back to 0 and can be unfair if the player can't see what comes next.

needs to change such that:

• instead of generating new blocks every 8 screens, player reaches halfway and screens 5-8 become the new screens 1-4.
• remove arrows at the end of 8 screens
• clear screens 1-4 after moving past so that 5-8 can be new 1-4
