Exceptions

• a) The term "use" in the following context refers to players getting, interacting with, displaying, rendering, or playing corresponding items, entities, or sound effects while playing on a Minecraft multiplayer server. This also includes recording the aforementioned process as images or videos and showcasing them through public channels.

• b) If you are the owner of a Minecraft multiplayer game server, regardless of whether your server is for-profit or non-profit, regardless of whether your server is online mode and regardless of whether your server has access to Voyager, this license grants your server the right to use default weapon skins' corresponding models and image files, plus sound files and other common art resources.

• c) If you are the owner of a Minecraft multiplayer game server and your server has has access to Voyager, this license grants you the right to sell designated weapon skins provided by the mod on public channels, subject to compliance with the Voyager EULA. It also grants your server the right to use the corresponding models and image files of these weapon skins.
