Seems the lack of '/' at the end of the paginate_path means some attempts to access blog pages fail.

We should put the link to the hackathon back in the website.

The navbar breaks.

Clicking on the pagination buttons 1,2,3,4, etc. does not take the user to the page but redirects them to https://127.0.0.1:4000/page2/.

• Hovering over the link displays https://uqcs.org.au/page2/ which appears right, but when accessed manually also redirects to https://127.0.0.1:4000/page2/

Since Dragan and I have swapped roles, we need this updated on the about page

Issues with using {{site.url}} locally - still maps to uqcs.org.au

Website needs some newer updates - hackathon would be a good one to cover.

Some of the showcase website's links on this page https://uqcs.org.au/showcase.html are not working. The <p><a href="#">[URL]</a></p> should be deleted.

This came up in slack, the about page https://uqcs.org.au/about.html needs an update, especially the 'what we do' section to make it reflect what we actually do.

The README needs a section on setup and configuration.

This looks horrible, last I looked we didn't have much choice but we should investigate this again.

Sponsor list needs to be updated.

Sponsor logos should also be added between the pagination buttons and the footer.

At the moment it is linking to an old page with out of date information.

With the new sponsors in 2018, we need to put their logos on the website. We have gone for a tiered approach to our sponsorships this year so we will need to update the design to reflect this.

We have so far:
Gold Tier: Microsoft, Redback Technologies
Silver Tier: Polymathian, Movus, Deloitte, AginicX
Bronze Tier: Google, Softwired

There are some other sponsors that are currently being organised, we will add them to this issue as they are confirmed.

Having .html at the end of our urls looks a bit outdated imo. Thoughts?

The "Join" link to join.uqcs.org.au is visible in the normal navbar, but is not visible in the burger menu on mobile

This, although functional, probably could be made to look better.

It'd be good to see some of the winning hackathon projects up here.

The nav bar should be consistent between pages.

The footer does not stick to the bottom of the page. It should do so.

When links to the site are posted on facebook, slack or other social systems we don't provide the headers to correctly format the link. This results in odd behaviour such as the example image for about-us being a super zoomed in photo of @TRManderson 's face.

Add the correct headers to make the pages show up nicely when linked to.

Although heavy use of images is made (particularly in the footer and banner/showcase area) the background-colors should still be chosen carefully to ensure a consistent experience for users with slow connections.

Disabling AdBlock on UQCS fixes it

The reasons being:

1. It's bound to the wrong email address (mine) and I'm getting people emailing me.
2. We've had some trouble with receiving Formspree emails.
   I think it's best we just fall back to the normal [email protected] email.

The nav bar should persist at the top of the screen even if you scroll down.

Can we get a quote on there from someone who isn't in the committee? Looks a bit weird for us to recommend ourselves like that

I enter my credit card details and hit 'pay'. It fails with "Invalid student number format". Sure, my bad. Did the payment go through? I don't know! (I do, I checked my bank) but it's poor UI.

Potentially worth a new issue - I have to re-enter the entire form, nothing is saved.

It would be better if we were using GitHub webhooks to automatically update the website.

Currently if you go to our website, you will see that the last update happened in April 7, 2017. While we could write a quick article to have something more recent, we don't have any dedicate people making blog posts for the site.

Either we:

1. Scrap the blog altogether, just make it information about the club/signing up
2. Figure out a way to ensure that it stays up to date

This definitely does not look right, I love the logo but...

Contact page is too verbose. Could just be:

The UQCS logo in the navbar does not seem "sharp" enough.

Post excerpting system is hackish from before and needs to be cleaned up.

Images should size down with options to download or view larger on mobile.

The showcase page could be improved with some front matter and perhaps a showcase "slider" at the top which features a single project in more depth.

The hackathon link on mobile nav is /hackathon/index instead of hackathon.uqcs.org.au as it is on desktop. This page redirects to a 404 instead of the previous eventbrite hackathon.
