使用时可以在 cookie 的 options 里增加一个 samesiteWithoutSecure 参数，如果该参数不为 true， 则与原来的行为一致。如果该参数为 true 则在写入 cookie 时额外写入一个名为 awesome-secure(名字从传入的 name 推导，比如加上 -secure 后缀) 的 cookie，这个 cookie 满足 SameSite: None; Secure，其他与名为 awesome 的 cookie 一致。读取时保持现有策略
