Ideally the installation process or docs should include a way to setup a precommit hook so samples are updated automatically

Currently this is sampling all files in the root directory. This can be configurable from the config file, to skip gitignored files.

For example:

"#samplr#": "new content, same next key?"

This might go in many places:

#samplr#SOME_VAR: "{\"a very long\":{\"json\":\"foo\"}}"

vs

#samplr#SOME_VAR: {{JSON_VAR}}
