Ensure boot.sh and teardown.sh cannot take empty IP argument

IDD-Archiver writes, everyone else reads (via NFS).

Since this project is heavily dependent on Docker, include docker and docker-compose installation instructions.

Make the os.sh script parameterizable for the location of the openrc.sh file and jetstream ssh key. Also rename the script to openstack.sh.

Until OpenStack volume multi-attach becomes available, this project depends on NFS. Learn how to tune NFS. Start by reading NFS related man pages.

Clean up and test.

Deal with deprecation warnings inside OpenStack Docker container. Also start documenting what is deprecated.

In fact, you can attach multiple ports to one secgroup. Which means that the current secgroup scheme on Jetstream needs to be redone in order not to run out of secgroups.
