Get a MIME format error when turning off self_contained.

Find a way to have a front-cover that can be controlled in the yaml.

There are 3 possibilities:

1. Title only
   • Content must start on page 1
   • Hide all frontmatter element
2. Title + Frontmatter
   • Content starts on page 1 or should we push on p2? Maybe start on p1 but include page break for Frontmatter elements.
3. Title + Image + (TOC) > push content to p2 and add page break for frontmatter
   • Content pushed to page 2
   • Add page break for Frontmatter elements
   • Stylize title, abstract differently

Frontmatter can include: TOC, LOF, LOT and list of acronyms.

Use the author information of the YAML to add a contact either in a box or new page format.
The options could be:

1. No contact
2. A simple contact div
3. A new back page including contact
