Would love to have automated tests just run against any branches, including the master branch, and having the package published so it can be installed and used quickly.

This one is super simple, just adding the shebang to the python file to denote the version of python for this script

I want to add some tests to validate that everything is working as intended.

Would love some unit tests to make sure individual functions work as intended and some integration tests to ensure that, overall, the script is working normally.

Have a maxThreads setting in the json file, defaulting to 8.

Have an asyncio for loop to make processing numerous images faster.

Have a --async or -a argument flag that specifies asynchronous processing.

My current workaround is using a bash for loop execute wio asynchronously for each directory in my images folder. It creates about 1000 processes all doing the same thing to different images.
