PROPFIND with empty body shouldn't fail

As per rfc4918 section-9.1:

"A client may choose not to submit a request body. An empty PROPFIND request body MUST be treated as if it were an 'allprop' request."

Right now such requests fail with 400: Bad Request in base.py#L355

Cannot create subdirectory

Not sure if this is an issue or not. I am just using README.md examples. Upload works great but creating a directory fails.

Trying to create directory at os level fails too.

If it is not an issue, how to create subdirs?

Thanks in advance.

Update pipy

I have seen some differences in code between pipy version and github. Issue #2 may be related. Checking that now.
