First you need to install the Composer dependencies. This is a bit messy.

6. mv composer.phar /usr/local/bin/composer
7. composer install
8. quit
9. sudo chown -R $(id --user):$(id --group) vendor
10. ./vendor/bin/sail up -d
11. cp .env.example .env
12. ./vendor/bin/sail php artisan key:generate
13. App should be running at http://localhost

1. Clone this repo
2. Run ./run-prod.sh
3. cd prod
4. cp .env.example .env
5. Set APP_KEY in prod/.env
6. Run ./run-prod.sh

To get the latest changes, run:

1. git pull
2. ./run-prod.sh
