I created a website that can be connected directly to a database using SQL. It is a ‘classified adverts’ website; the website displays adverts from records stored in an access database, users can register themselves and upload their own adverts that involve pictures and text. I wrote code that takes 1 normal image and creates 2 images of specific sizes while also retaining the resolution, the paths to the new images are automatically stored in the database and the website would use those paths to display the appropriate image. On default.aspx, the larger images would be displayed while on the adverts page, the smaller image would be displayed. The website also uses CSS3 Techniques, jQuery, HTML5 and Validators.
