Allow for configuring the FPU <-> eCarbs conversion factor
Currently, the conversion factor is hardcoded to 10g per 1 FPU. But for example this paper argues that 5g per 1 FPU would be better. This indicates that the conversion factor should be made configurable along with the absorption scheme. Please add an input field for that factor to the settings.

Importing a JSON with a float carbs_per_100g results in a stuck app.
Clarify Carbs or Net Carbs in Documentation
When a new food is entered and you fill in the Carbs per 100g section, are we entering carbs with fiber included or are we entering net carbs (without fiber included)? Can this be clarified in documentation?
