Add configuration
- toml format
- rnapkin should look for config in sane default locations e.g. ~/.config/rnapkin/rnapkin.toml
- it should allow to customize colors
- it should be overridden by arguments supplied by cli args
- ? it might be nice to be able to supply the config file through a cli arg e.g. -f
- ? it should allow to customize other things i.e. size
