cd ./palworld-scriptscp ./env.template.sh ./env.shADMIN_PASSWORDにパルワールドのAdminPasswordを入れてください
setup.shで/etc/systemd/system/palworld.serviceを作成していますが、
~/.config/systemd/user/palworld.serviceに配置する必要があります。
中身はUser=palworldを削除、WantedByをWantedBy=default.targetに変更する必要があります。
コマンドは全てsystemctl --user start palworld.serviceというように--userを指定してあげる必要があります。
