php 7.0+apache 独立开发环境导入项目出现“mysql.func.php中调用未定义函数mysql_connect（）”错误是什么原因呢，是版本问题还是缺了什么包?

注册的时候不能自己设置密码？用户登录后也不能修改密码，而且我试着注册，注册完后不能登录，一直等管理员审阅。
