clean's Issues

object 'fClustAnnotations' not found

Hello Dear author,

I just want to follow the step on the tutorial, and after loading the data(gimmOut) and package CLEAN and require(CLEAN.Rn), I run the "res <- runCLEAN(gimmOut, species = "Rn")". The error is: Error in runCLEAN(gimmOut, species = "Rn") :
object 'fClustAnnotations' not found. So I wonder if I missed any pro-progress steps not mentioned in the brief tutorial and if it any possible to get an official set-up tutorial code.

Thanks a lot.
