As Docker Hub is sunsetting free organizations, we're shifting to Amazon's Elastic Container Registry, which should should help consolidate resources w/in AWS and also should be very affordable.

Build source images should reference the ECR URLs per https://gallery.ecr.aws/r6v8y4m7/lamp-web.

Eg. public.ecr.aws/r6v8y4m7/lamp-web:php-7.4

Alternatively, R&D use of Sophos AV, which is already installed on CCI linux instance.
This would entail refactoring file attachment/upload functionality in GradApp Classic and in GORM (and possibly APIs that use GORM).

The Dockerfile for php-7.3 specifies php7.2-xml instead of php7.3-xml

PHP's yaml functions are needed to support some of the API functionality we are building.

In Ubuntu, this can be added by installing Canonical's php-yaml package.

Sodium is included in the 7.2 and 7.3 images, but is not used (PHP's openssl functions are used where needed).

Update some images to use Ubuntu 18.04LTS:

• php-7.2 will use native PHP 7.2
• php-7.3 Will use Ondřej Surý's PPA

Also create new image based on Ubuntu 18.04LTS

• php-7.4 will use native PHP 7.4

The README was cloned from Unoconv-Node and still references it rather than Lamp-Web.

The following should be added:

• MAINTAINER - should be added to all GC Dockerfiles
• Timezone should be configured
• Composer should be installed on all PHP base images

Zip, and esp. unzip, will likely be useful in future for composer-bases installations.

The Apply API project has a new composer dev dependency pcov/clobber, which requires OS package php-pcov to be installed.
