Style the footer to make it looks better

It might be a good idea if cards could have a different hover animation.

The new suggested animation is:
instead of having all of them rotate to the same direction.
Let's make the odd ones rotate left, and the even ones rotate right.(very cool, I believe 😎)

it can be achieved with the CSS's structural pseudo classes:
div:nth-child(even) and div:nth-child(odd)

Selecting an item from one list (for example: Topic) then selecting from the other list (for example: Stack) will reset the selection from the first selected list without changing the displayed value
