Improve the version switcher - "unhide" it about sphinx_typo3_theme HOT 5 CLOSED

In TYPO3-Documentation/t3SphinxThemeRtd#81 is also en example to put the switcher to the top, where the current number sits.

Just as an information: I always searched for it exactly at the place where TYPO3-Documentation/t3SphinxThemeRtd#81 placed it, and therefore I totally missed the part at the bottom until I got told, it sits there.
Maybe there is room for an A/B testing, or some small survey on decisions.typo3.org or so.

I created an experimental plugin for the Chrome Browser (and firefox) where the version selector is visibly displayed in the top right (you don't have to click to open it). I am hoping to get some feedback for this. The next step would be to create pull requests for the docs theme.

Important: This is not meant as a permanent solution, meaning people should not have to install a plugin to view documentation. It is meant to try out some theme changes and give people the opportunity to test them without having to build and render theme pull requests.
