The build is failing due to an error in the signing stage.
According to this issue it might be related to the repo name being passed with a capital letter. Making sure that the repo name is passed with all lowercase letters should resolve the issue.

Currently, it is not very clear if or why the music commands are disabled. This should be logged on startup.
The two possibilities are:

• No Lavalink nodes provided
• Manually disabled by the bot owner

When Majo is playing a track and a user leaves the call it will leave too. There is most likely something wrong with the logic that handles Majo's connection state when all members in a channel have left.
