Unfortunately, the two key bits of data for microCOVID (cases and positivity) don't always end on the same date, and if the cases extends 1+ days beyond positivity there is a window where - even though it could have been extrapolated - only case date is presented

Seems to happen with past and present dates

Unless openMicroCovid=1 is removed from the URL when cancelling, reloading or sharing the link may not do what is expected

To help with archiving and sharing, it would be useful to have a page like the summary page but also with a date specified

If available, it should show the smoothed stats (7 day rolling averages) centered around the given date

If not available, it should show the latest available data and linearly extrapolated data

It should provide a link to microCOVID with pre-filled parameters, including the linear extrapolation via the casesIncreasingPercentage parameter
