Document that only ansible_python_interpreter: /usr/bin/python is supported

It turns out that the docker-python library installed on Debian Buster doesn't install for Python 3, which means that if -- like me -- you have broadly set up your inventory to use ansible_python_interpreter: /usr/bin/python3 the docker control parts of this won't work

If I get around to it, I'll toss a PR off for README, but if you have a better solution where this can be made to work on python 3 as well, that'd be even better :)

Default galaxy installation fails 

% ansible-galaxy install twinsnes.pihole

Successful installation done with

ansible-galaxy install twinsnes.pihole,v1.0.0
