Any alpha with circles on bitmaps won't work
The anti-aliased edges of circles drawn with the option on a bitmap won't appear , so it's drawn aliased.
Similarly, if the circle colour is anything less than 255, the circle won't be drawn at all.
Both anti-aliasing and alpha in general should be blended correctly when drawing circles onto bitmaps.
